Hair felt alittle dry at first but im sure its because it sits in a warehouse until its shipped out , so i toned it and washed it but honestly this hair is sooo freakin soft and beautiful i love it and will definitely order again. i ordered my hair on a sunday and got it wednesday morning faster than i expected. Im gonna post pictures of it before and after , i will also update you guys in a few weeks
