The hair is very soft is already comes plucked in the length is 20 inches true to the inches the knots are already bleached it came very fast and I'm very please with the wig.
No smell at all and super soft. Washed the hair and left it in conditioner for a day. Took it my hairdresser put it on and she even loved the hair. Couldnt believe I ordered. I will be ordering another one today. Also it holds a curl very well.
